Lamb Guacamole Burgers



A lamb burger and shoe-string fries make for a great lunch or dinner combo.

The ingredient of Lamb Guacamole Burgers

  • 1kg shoestring superfries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 150g tub guacamole dip
  • 4 500g lamb leg steaks
  • 4 wholemeal round rolls
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves

The Instruction of lamb guacamole burgers

  • preheat oven to 200c or 180c fan arrange fries on a baking tray cook according to packet directions meanwhile place lamb steaks in a shallow dish pour over oil juice and add oregano turn to coat cook lamb in a medium frying pan on high for 1 2 mins each side until cooked to your liking
  • split rolls and top the base of each with lettuce leaves and a lamb leg steak divide dip between each burger place lid of burger on side and serve with fries
