Chilli Ciabatta Crisps



These crunchy crisps are a match made in heaven for all kinds of pasta or antipasto dishes.

The ingredient of Chilli Ciabatta Crisps

  • 1 2 x 450g ciabatta loaf
  • 1 3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1 4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 4 teaspoon dried basil

The Instruction of chilli ciabatta crisps

  • preheat oven to 190c 170c fan forced line a large baking tray with baking paper
  • cut ciabatta into 5mm thick slices place in a single layer on prepared tray
  • place oil garlic chilli and herbs in a bowl whisk to combine season with salt and pepper brush each side of bread with oil mixture bake for 10 minutes turn bread over bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes or until golden and crisp serve
