 - 1 4 cup 75g mayonnaise
 - 2 teaspoons horseradish cream
 - 4 butter lettuce leaves
 - 4 coles bakery kaiser rolls split toasted
 - 1 4 cup 60g roasted red pepper strips

- place beef in a large heavy based saucepan add peppercorns onion parsley carrot bay leaves and cloves cover with water bring to the boil reduce heat to low cover and cook for 2 hours or until beef is cooked through set aside in the cooking liquid to cool transfer to a plate cut into 1cm thick slices
 - combine mayonnaise and horseradish cream in a bowl
 - place lettuce on bun bases top with capsicum silverside and horseradish mayonnaise serve with green salad
