- 1 4 cup finely chopped semi dried tomatoes
- 1 1 2 tablespoons baby capers rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 4 beef t bone steaks trimmed
- salt and cracked black pepper
- flavoured butter to serve

- place the softened butter in a bowl and add the tomato capers parsley and tomato paste mix until well combined
- place a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat clean work surface form the butter mixture into a log shape and place on the plastic sheet roll up in the plastic wrap twisting the ends to enclose refrigerate until firm
